Studenitsa - Ivory with Sepia Embroidery

The monochromatic colour scheme of STUDENITSA echoes the characteristic stonework of the centuries old monastery of Studenitsa.

The heavily hand embroidered stole, cuffs, belt, orarion and epitonation feature icons of the Mother of God, saints and various Christian symbols.

The felonion, sakkos and stiharion are lightly decorated with matching elements and a unique cross on the back.

This design is available in sepia palate only, on wool/viscose blend, silk or crisp white linen.

As with all our made to measure vestments, you can add any of the hand embroidered icons seen on our website to the various pieces of vesture.

ABOUT OUR STANDARD SIZING

The stiharion length is adjustable enabling it to be easily lengthened by up to 2 inches (5cm).
The felonion is generously proportioned, the back length finishing 6-8 inches (15-20cm) off the floor.
The RIZA cut will accommodate marginally smaller or larger body types in each size.
The epitrahilion has a slightly dropped front neck for comfortable movement and is finished with tassels at the hem.
Tassels can be shortened by up to 2 inches (5cm) to accommodate personal preference.
