A simple pillar ornament from the 12th century monastery of Nerezi, served as the inspiration for this regal set of vestments.
Worked in gold embroidery onto which thousands of various sized pearls and minute sequins have been applied, this impressive Byzantine styled pure silk vestment can be done in a variety of colours. Done on red or white base cloth, this set is ideal for Easter. This set is also done in the traditional high back Russian or Athonite
